Lindsay sees clients virtually via Nourish. Initial and follow-up sessions are 55 minutes. Pricing depends on insurance but most visits are completely covered!
Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs and may include:

- Problem-solving around blood sugar management

Join Lindsay and a group of up to 10 fellow moms with type 1 diabetes to share tips and tricks on navigating managing your own health while caring for your family. We will share our wins and challenges, deepen our nutrition and diabetes knowledge, and support each other in creating new healthy habits.
